Clean Buy Machines Returns Policy

Returning Items
All items must be returned in their original packaging. If the original packaging is unavailable, you should provide suitable alternative packaging. Please note that if items are returned without original packaging, a handling fee may be applied.

Declaration and Inspection
If a returned product is found to have no manufacturing defect and the issue is due to incorrect operation or setup, any costs incurred during the return process will be deducted from your refund. We strongly recommend ensuring that the product is correctly set up and used according to the operating manual before submitting a return request.

Conditions for Return

• All returned products must be unused.

• Items must be returned with all original components, manuals, and any promotional items received.

• A receipt or order confirmation must be included with all returns.

Warranty Returns
Products that fail due to defects in materials or workmanship within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced at no cost, provided that repairs are carried out by an approved dealer. Customers are responsible for returning items after 30 days from the date of purchase.

Shipping and Packaging Requirements

• Petrol or diesel products must be fully drained of fuel and oil before return due to transport regulations.

• Items should be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit, either in the original box or a suitable alternative, sealed with clear tape (not brown parcel tape).

• Include a copy of your invoice or proof of purchase with the returned item.

Please note that Clean Buy Machines cannot be held responsible for any damage during transit. If no fault is found with the returned product, it will be sent back to you and a handling charge may apply.
