Clean Buy Machines Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage
Clean Buy Machines warrants that all products sold are free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period specified at the time of purchase. During the warranty period, defective products will be repaired or replaced at no charge, provided that repairs are carried out by an approved dealer.

Conditions of Warranty

• The warranty applies only to products used in accordance with the operating manual and intended purpose.

• Products must not have been altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.

• All warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Return of Items

• Customers are responsible for returning the item to us, securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

• Petrol or diesel products must be drained of fuel and oil prior to return, in line with transport regulations.

• Returned items must include all original components, manuals, and any promotional items received.

Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by incorrect operation, setup, or maintenance.

• Normal wear and tear.

• Cosmetic damage not affecting functionality.

• Costs incurred due to returns where no defect is found; a handling charge may apply.

Claim Process

1. Contact Clean Buy Machines to report the fault and obtain return instructions.

2. Ensure the product is packaged safely, including all parts and proof of purchase.

3. Ship the item to the designated repair or replacement facility.

Liability
Clean Buy Machines is not responsible for damage during transit. Warranty repairs or replacements are provided at Clean Buy Machines’ discretion and are the exclusive remedy under this warranty.
